Agreement to Terms
By using the services of OrbitLane Beavercreek Towing located at 1430 Oak Ct Suite 213, Beavercreek, OH 45430, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
OrbitLane Beavercreek Towing provides professional towing and roadside assistance services including but not limited to emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, winching, junk car removal, heavy-duty towing, and roadside assistance. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and circumstances.
Service Fees and Payment
You agree to pay all fees for services rendered at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices quoted over the phone are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual conditions encountered during service. You are responsible for any additional fees that may apply, such as storage fees, after-hours fees, or fees for special equipment.
Vehicle Condition and Liability
We document the condition of your vehicle before towing and use proper equipment to minimize risk of damage. However, you acknowledge that towing involves inherent risks. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures unrelated to the towing process, or damage caused by the condition of your vehicle. We carry insurance as required by law and will work with you to resolve any legitimate claims of damage caused by our service.
Personal Property
You are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before towing. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in vehicles. If you are unable to remove items before towing, please inform our operator and secure items as best as possible.
Cancellations
You may cancel a service request at any time before our operator arrives. If you cancel after our operator has been dispatched or has arrived at your location, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover our time and expenses. The amount will be determined based on the distance traveled and time spent responding to your call.
Authorization and Ownership
By requesting our services, you represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or have proper authorization from the owner to have the vehicle towed. We may require proof of ownership or authorization before providing service. We are not liable for disputes arising from unauthorized towing requests.
Service Area and Availability
We serve Beavercreek, OH and surrounding areas including Dayton, Fairborn, Xenia, Bellbrook, Kettering, Centerville, Huber Heights, Springfield, Troy, Piqua, and Vandalia. While we strive to provide 24/7 service, availability may be affected by weather, high call volume, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to all requests in a timely manner.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrbitLane Beavercreek Towing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
